Veggie Stir FrY & Asparagus:

  • What you Need/ingredients:

  • Noodles

  • broccoli

  • peppers

  • mushrooms

  • onions

  • garlic

  • brown sugar

  • soy sauce

  • sesame oil

  • corn starch

  • asparagus

  • lemon

Stir fry recipe:

step 1:Bring 3 cups of salted water to boil and add noodles (Should take 10 minutes)

step 2: Season clean vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, onions, garlic) with chili powder, black pepper, cajun seasoning, and paprika

step 3: in a separate bowl mix 3 tbs sesame oil, 3 tbs soy sauce, corn starch, and brown sugar (I usually eyeball these two) and mix well

step 4: to heated pan w/ olive oil add seasoned vegetables grill for about 10 minutes add noodles mix well (add Black pepper on top of noodles)

step 5: after mixing noodles well add sauce on top mix well and cook for 5 more minutes

step 6: all done!!!!

Asparagus recipe:

step 1: add olive oil to skillet

step 2 : season clean asparagus with black pepper and chili powder

step 3: add asparagus to skillet once it’s hot

step 4: grill for 5 minutes take a lemon and squeeze on top of asparagus

step 5: grill on low heat for five more minutes and its done :)
